I think it’s an obsessive Joss Whedon fan who hates this show for not measuring up to Joss’ previous shows (in their mind), therefore taking up Joss’ time when he could have been doing another show. 🤷‍♀️

I've been waiting for this episode!! I am glad you finally have been introduced to Bobbi Morse aka Mockingbird - she is another character from the comics - and Adrianne Palicki is a legend

I'd argue that given that his subconscious was telling him that Simmons had moved on and he should do the same, the reason why Fitz wasn't all that excited to see Simmons again is because he still thinks that she left to get away from him after what happened to him/him telling her his feelings for her - as he said to Hunter & Mack at the end of the last episode: "So I don't have an ex, but there was this girl that I like and I told her how I felt. But she doesn't feel the same way as I do, so she left." I've certainly been there, when the other person avoids you after your reveal your feelings and then it's all awkward the next time you see them again!

Somehow your enthusiasm for the show makes me even more sad that it is over. It is like validation that it really was as great as I thought, I was not just looking at it through rose colored glasses because I had been craving more Whedon content when I started watching.

I must admit I watched 6.5 seasons in 2 weeks so I could watch the final few episodes as they aired 😂 I was definitely hooked and still am ❤️
