⛏ Mining Idle - Alpha 1: Preview #1 (Miners and Moles) (Patreon)

For many of you this will be your first time hearing about this project! This is a game I started early 2023 and took a break from in order to work more on STRIP Battle Action Cards. With STRIP Cards in its last few updates, I'm dusting this project off again in order to get it into your hands by early 2024 (in an early-Alpha state).

I've been working on getting the game mechanics and graphics established so the game will be in a mostly stable and polished state upon launch ✌ The graphics are taking a bit of time, but should be done before 2023 ends.

👷‍♀️Characters🐀

I haven't decided on names for these characters yet, so if you'd like to suggest some ideas below please let me know what you think!

Miner - The main character of this game. She will be able to break rocks and wear different outfits for unique bonuses.

Mole - The mole girl will dig underground and find "shinies" for the Miner to use in crafting. She'll pop up when she finds something and you can collect it so she can find more.

🎮Gameplay🎮

The game will be an idle/clicker game where you mine for rocks and upgrade your tools. Here's a few of the mechanics you'll be playing in the first build:

• Mining (damage rocks to collect materials)
• Panning (automatically collect Gold Dust and Sand materials)
• Refining (improve tools and enhance materials to higher tiers)
• Collecting Shinies (Mole will occasionally pop out of the ground and deliver a random shiny to you for crafting)
• Delving (move to the next room/floor/cave to reach deeper types of materials)

⭐Objective⭐

The deeper you go, the more secrets you'll uncover! The first version will only have infinite mode, but future versions will have multiple caves to explore, new mechanics to upgrade to progress faster, and more characters that might help or hinder your mining experiences~!

Look forward to the Alpha 1 build of this game coming early 2024! I'll update everyone again soon with more progress as I make it! This game is designed to be a secondary game alongside STRIP Cards and STRIP Fighting. STRIP Cards v0.15 will resume production after Alpha 1 is released 🙏
