Hello, this is a little idea I had about being a little more generous to you lovely folk here who choose to support me and enjoy my humble games.

Every now and then, I'm going to ask a question about the game. It'll usually be a simple thing about feedback. Afterwards, I'll select all people who answered and randomly give one of them early access to something from Episode 10 (something that should only be for the $15+ tier). If the winner is someone already in the $15+ tier, I'll give them the right to directly request something for the next episode. This means they essentially commission something for the next episode (1 scene) And if it's at all reasonable, lore-friendly, and doesn't clash with something I've already planned, I'll put it in!

Sound good, everyone?

So here are my questions, guys!

1. Who was your favourite Champion scene in Episode 9 and why? What made it fun?

2. What was your least favourite and why? Why did it feel underwhelming?

The more detail the better, naturally. I'd really love to know more about how you guys felt about what worked and what didn't worked.

Thanks and have a great week guys! I'll declare the winner one week from now :)

The questions are really difficult to answer for episode 9 because each scene had its own flair. I like the Sejuani the most, followed by the competition between Ashe and Quinn. The reason is simply that you have the little story: You want to tickle her, but you may lose the little fight because otherwise an error occurs, then you can break out of your cell, can take a closer look at the building. The building is not only there for decoration, but you have to find the food for the boar to get ahead. And the pantry is not so big that you have to search for a long time and then you can tickle Sejuani as you like. I really liked the different effectiveness over several rounds. And you don't just say: Brandon tickles her feet, instead, Gigi should go to her armpits and Cissy the neck area. In the other scene, I thought it was great because you could tickle several people in different parts of the body and they were also more sensitive in different places. I found it good that you not only have the choice of tickling one person, but also with several and at the same time with still a small selection of how you want to tickle this selected person. So a mixture of war council and a selection of the tickling method. You had the feeling that you can act very freely here. How does Ashe react when you tickle her toes? What if you tickle her soles? What is the reaction with Quinn? It was a great feeling to decide and what consequences it could have on the subsequent dialogues. For my feeling I had more influence and the feeling of being able to make more important decisions even when you have only one end. You could either focus on one champion and the other had won, or you could choose to draw. And that was exciting and fun for me. And the other thing I liked about it was that you tried to get the other out of concentration. So what happened to Caitlyn in Episode 10 because of the distraction, or like the Nicola Wright scene from Episode 2. You play a game with her, but she can't really concentrate because you distract her with tickles. Likewise, because of the uniqueness, I find it difficult to find a least favored. If I go through all the scenes again in my head, I find each one good in its own way. That's why I wouldn't call the syndra scene bad. But unlike the others, it feels more scripted here. And depending on how you run, you have to fight in the meantime, which slows you down a bit.

Thanks so much for the response! I always find it tricky to balance the 'build-up' (stuff before the tickles) and the level of player of autonomy (choices/options) during the tickle scene itself. Ideally, you get a good balance of both (like Sej), but a lot of scenes focus more on the latter (like the Ashe and Quinn one, where the only real build-up is finding the Champions). But I'm really glad that I can make things feel consequential and impactful while playing. Thanks again :)
