Spoiler Free:  Excellent movie it felt like an extra episode of The Inbetweeners lol. This video was meant for yesterday but I ran out of time before work. I needed to edit and upload this to 3 locations and they take time to upload and transcode. There was so much great about this movie. Overall it felt like an extended episode of the show. I love how much Neil never cares especially in this. He was going in on all of those mature chicks in the club lmao. Jay was playing games almost screwed things up with that cute girl. It's crazy how much stock people put into someone else's opinion. I was very happy to see Simon finally getting over Carly. It took until the end of the movie but at least it happened lol. It was great to see them stop fighting about finding girls and start focusing on having fun. Gilbert's speech at the beginning was hilarious he cracked me up lol. Also, I love how they wouldn't let any romantic moments linger. Every moment would just get it screwed up by something. There's so much more but I think I covered enough, this was a great movie.

I'm sure a million people have told you this but the actor who plays Jay also played a younger version of Del Boy in an Only Fools and Horses spin-off prequel called Rock and Chips, where he basically plays Jay but less swearing.

IMHO, I think this is where the story should have ended. I like the second movie but there is an element of "jumping the shark" there which means I appreciate this movie more.....much like something else you're watching at the moment right now Josh, there comes a time where a perfect ending should have been respected ;)

Ive been waiting months for that. Well done mate, it was great watching yo watch that movie. it was HUGE in the UK when it was released. Second one isn't as bad as you've been told. With that cast and writers, nothing they make would ever be bad. Just wish Phoenix Nights would have won the poll, because I believe its the closest in humour/character to this, and you'd have absolutely loved it! Peter Kay is genius at sicome writing. He creates the perfect ingredient of jokes and emotion.

2nd film is a bit shite for multiple reasons, but it has it's moments. Take this film as the end of the inbetweeners, and the 2nd film something entirely different.

Really enjoyed your reaction Josh :) I've only seen the second one once and I thought it had its moments but I remember thinking it was just unnecessary really. You should just go in with an open mind like you said because you might really enjoy it. I'll definitely give it another chance when you react anyway.

I went on a cruise shortly after this movie came out and some of the ship's crew turned Neil's dance into a group thing and a whole room of people were dancing like him. Great memory I hadn't thought of in a while, thanks for the reaction!

The boys dancing over to the girls in the empty club is the hardest I have laughed in a cinema. That shit broke me😂

I really enjoyed watching that with you. What a fantastic movie. I would like to put a request in it is a comedy in a way but I would like to request to go on the Pole shameless it's one of the most fantastic well written British sitcoms ever created absolutely groundbreaking I wonder how many people would agree.

Hey buddy solid reaction vid as always laughing along with that infectious chuckle you have. 🤣 I prefer to see this as fun ending to The Inbetweeners. As you said you've been getting some mixed reviews about the next movie. Reflecting on what you said at the top and end of this reaction.... I won't go as far as to recommend not watching it. But also like you said, go in with an open mind. As you're sci-fi fan you'll appreciate that I choose to see that the next one takes place in a parallel universe lol. It's not bad. I think it just falls into that pitfall of being one to many additions to the story. You may feel differently.

This movie was made during the third season because it was such a popular TV show and they already knew the original story would end with this movie. The second movie was made because of how amazingly popular this movie was, like the Inbetweeners Movie was the biggest box office of 2011 and you're right, they kept it to the style and the writings of the original show so the core audience loved it, and it became massive. Inbetweeners is so integrated with people my age who grew up through school at the same time as the boys did, so seeing it end in this movie was crazy. The second movie is good, just not essential like this one was, but I'm glad you're checking it out anyway. Thanks bro, keep safe :)

Loved the reaction Josh! The second movie is still pretty good, I’m not sure why it gets such a bad rep. One thing I don’t know if you noticed is when Neil came back to the airport at the end within the credits and ran off with Lisa, his girlfriend Nicole that he said he broke up with was standing their haha. Only a minor detail. Great reaction tho and look forward to the next movie!

love this Josh, as others have said this is such a great movie, and the whole series really rung true with so many like me who grew up at high school when this was coming out originally - it feels like in most lad groups there is one of each of the characters, most go on lads holidays which are disasters but can lead to love. Loved the whole reactions series mate, I hope you get round to doing Gavin and Stacey one day, another great British series which finishes at the right moment too :)

Enjoyed that, I think it was something like the most successful comedy film in British cinemas of all time which is pretty amazing because it's so dominated by Hollywood. I actually thought it would be rubbish but it was definitely the best "episode" as it were. The second film was OK but it would have been difficult to top that.

Dude, this movie is the best and you hit the nail on the head there, its almost like an extended episode and not too OTT in being a "movie". I noticed you look confused when Jay pulled out a note from his ass at the end to give to the holiday rep. He mentioned at the beginning of the holiday he kept a bribe (£20) up his ass incase he ever got into trouble with foreign police haha. Also the best bit was the dance the boys did to impress the girls at the empty club lmao
