Patreon changes and announcement! (Patreon)

I've attached a screenshot from the announcements channel on the discord server, which if you haven't joined yet, I encourage you to! There's lots more to do and consume on there, and it's the best way to have your voice heard and have fun with my content.

Hopefully it's not to lazy to just post a screenshot, but I figure it gets the point across haha.
