Due to the high amount of votes, and how close the top 3 were,
Rias and Raphtalia tied with 18 votes, and Cerberus in a close 2nd place with 14. I'll be sketching all 3 adorable girls, so please feel free to leave your ideas in the comments, or on the discord server.
