Previous Pledge Packs Q&A (Patreon)

There've been some questions and confusion over the previous pledge pack dealio, so I'm going to try and clear it up as much as possible!

Every patron is entitled to a previous pledge pack of the same value as their current pledge. These are received after your payment is processed at the end of the month.

This means:

- if you've only just started pledging and haven't yet been charged, you'll need to wait until the 5th of the following month after your credit card has been charged

- for those in the $1 tier: previous to July, your pledge level only received the newest pages of CF (which you will have already received in your current pack) and activity feed access, so unfortunately there isn't a previous pledge pack of equal value for you to collect! For $1 tier patrons who only just started pledging in August, they can request the July pack at month's end.

- because I've steadily made various perks cheaper and added certain perks that did not exist before, pledge packs of equal value may not contain as much as your most recent ones do. For example, PSDs used to only be accessible to the $25 tier. These changes to the perk structure affect: $10 tier, $5 and $1 tier patrons. $10 packs previous to July do not contain PSD files. $5 packs previous to July do not contain erotic mini comic pages. $1 packs previous to July do not contain the full colour pinup (and thus aren't worth requesting as they'll only include the newest CF pages, which you will have received already)

- if you haven't received your pledge packs, please ensure that your payment has processed and hasn't been declined; this happens fairly frequently so there's no need to be embarrassed, just check that your payment settings are correct and up to date! :)

I'm sorry this has been so confusing! I'm going to try and streamline this in the future. For next month, I will post a 'Previous Pledge Pack Request' thread with a list of which months there are to choose from. Those who want one can comment with the month they'd like. I'll send them out after payments have been processed at month's end.

I'll ask that patrons not send requests via the messaging system here. Patreon's messaging system is difficult to navigate as it behaves more like a forum than a proper e-mail inbox, so it's more likely someone's request would get lost. The comment section of a post is much cleaner!
