I'm addition to Gunn's usual hot-headed tendencies I think perhaps there's some guilt transference going on there about moving up and leaving old friends behind that probably lent to some of that angry exchange between he and Lorne. The character motivations in this universe rarely if ever miss and it's endlessly fascinating to examine them, just some real strength of storytelling that I always admire. Also they just really nailed the whole "losing your buddy in Vegas, finding him at the slots" dynamic lol. David's quiet facial acting as always *chef's kiss*

Gun didn't have any information to go on . An he was a leader of his own crew . He didn't care about excuses as far as he new Lorne was acting Hollywood. He didn't know what was going on. In America People go to Hollywood an change . He from LA In the show . So he wasn't being judgemental . He was going off the facts he had.

I actually stayed at the Tropicana once, when my family took a trip to Las Vegas in the late 90s. My mom had gone there once for work, which prompted a family vacation (along with my parents making use of one those deals where you get a discount on room for attending a presentation on time shares or something). We saw a magic show at the hotel. The flip side though is that I was maybe 16 or 17 at the time, which is a terrible age to go to Vegas at. Especially visiting with your parents. You can't do jack shit. *Almost got to go to the Star Trek Experience, but we could not managed to find a road that actually took us there. We could see it in the distance, but we had no directions, gps wasn't a thing yet, and every road we was supposed to go the right way never seemed to pan out. Drove on a freeway for the first time during that trip. Was not ready for that at the time....

It Ain't Easy Being Green and Lady Marmalade are, sadly, the only two fully recorded, professional quality songs that Andy Hallett appears to have recorded before he died...

Bugsy Siegel was a gangster and essentially the founding father of Las Vegas. Originally Las Vegas was pretty much run by the mob, and for a pretty long time.

Here are some great photos of Amy and Andy applying each other's make-up for this episode: http://images6.fanpop.com/image/photos/40200000/Amy-Acker-and-Andy-Hallett-amy-acker-40291441-720-540.jpg https://64.media.tumblr.com/e1cc4ecab74b556fe82f88f44594d279/tumblr_o5cx6fQCpp1qbljqoo3_r1_500.png http://images6.fanpop.com/image/photos/40200000/Amy-Acker-and-Andy-Hallett-amy-acker-40291443-720-540.jpg
