This one was pretty hot. Domino getting fucked was very nice, and the way she turned the tables at the end was fitting.

In place of a Re:Domino review I rather explain my feelings on the year as a whole. I made a list of my faves for this year earlier with a couple of blanks depending if I wanted to go with five or ten, but then I decided to just list a fantastic four. They are Stunning Howls, The Pyro Incident, Spidercest 14, and Come to Naught and it felt like watering down to list others next to these very four good ones. Domino has a foe yay and a couple flashbacks in an issue in a genre (the feature) that hasn't gelled in some time. This brings us to the sixth House of XXX story this year, a lineup of stories I generally have been somewhat indifferent to but also produced one of the year's best. In pure math this imprint was 1/4 of the output and 1/4 of the major successes. I never got truly mad it them, like say Goblinning, but I also never really looked forward to one either. The one with the most material from the source, unsurprisingly, was head and shoulders the best even though it never borrowed from any direct issues (at least that I remember).
