Being one of Dr. Kafka's most complex patients, Shriek narrates a very disturbing episode during their latest psychiatric session, culminating in a very unexpected therapeutic breakthrough.

At first I thought that was Edward on the first page... but no. Ed was thinner and didn't have facial hair. :p

Vermin's and Werewolf's therapy sessions wouldn't fit in this story. But other sessions with Dr Kafka might be the theme of a future comic.

The storyline you're remembering, Cyber-Hen, is slightly off. Shriek wanted Carrion to remain her 'son' (which is why the mother of Carrion's real self was able to appeal to Shriek to fix things) but because Spidey was in his Dark! phase, she was planning on making Spidey her new 'husband'. Basically, trying to rebuild her family. All this talk reminds me of a Spider-Man/Batman crossover where Carnage teamed up with Joker. And revealed just how alike they all are, and how unalike. Good times.

Hm, true, I could be a bit off, it's been a few years, haha! Either way, could be intriguing. Yeah, I think you're right, yes, the more I think about it, she wanted Parker to become the "husband" and take care of their "son" Carrion, because he was very grimdark at the time. Whew, I've got to re-read those books!!

Looks great. And I did not think I would see Shriek in one of These Comics^^
