End of the Month Wrap Up (Patreon)

Hi all!

It's been a crazy month for me, so I thought it'd be a good idea to fill you all in on what's new and what's planned.

Website Stuff

You may have noticed art frequency has been a little light lately, and a big reason for that is all the hard work I've been putting in to the new art site over the past several months. The dedicated server is safely in place at a datacenter, and I've been slowly building on the technical challenges like new account email confirmation, Patreon/SubscribeStar integration, overall file organization, stream recording access, and access permissions.

My soft goal is to go public by the end of October. Patreon and SubscribeStar users will be able to link their accounts easily to access ALL the content I've made since I first set up crowdfunding. I'll be uploading more and more content as time goes on, including works published during my time on FurAffinity, and going all the way back to my early days of posting to Yerf in 2001.

I want to be clear that I have no immediate plans to hand roll my own payment portal, so for the foreseeable future I will be relying on Patreon and SubscribeStar supporters and prioritizing their access there via linking your account. The primary goal of this site is to give people an easy way to browse my collections of comics and art, search for stuff, and eventually host every piece of art I've ever made in one place.

Halloween Themed Kickback

Wasn't sure if I'd have the time to do a Halloween themed pic this year, but everyone seems pretty into the idea I pitched of the Kickback crew (https://www.patreon.com/posts/38673430) in various costumes. I'm streaming preparation for that tonight, and I'm hoping it won't take more than the first week of October to make something fun ad bottomless for all of you.

Closer

I was hoping to have this arc wrapped up before the month of September ended, but I guess things outside of my control made that difficult. There are three pages left to cap off the arc, and they're all laid out and sketched, but require the usual finishing. I'll do my very best to hammer those out over the course of October.

Tommy and the Champs

Two images have been completed for this series, and there will be at least two more images detailing after-the-game shenanigans between Tommy and a coach, as well as two others. I can only assume those will need to be squeezed in between Closer pages.

Tanta's Bargain

As mentioned before, Tanta's Bargain is starting back up for a big arc as soon as Closer's current arc is taken care of. Progress for that will likely boot up in November. Expect to see a poll for the first divergence around that time.

The $1 Tier is Going Away

This has been a long time coming, but I'll have to shutter the $1 tier within the next month or two. The overhead of managing staggered releases, combined with how much of that contribution is absorbed by Patreon/SubscribeStar in card fees has lead me to believe it needs to be removed. I'll give a final heads up at the end of October so everyone can get moved to another tier if they still want to support, but if not then I totally understand. You'll never know how much I appreciate what you've done to help me get where I am today.

To everyone still reading, thank you for being part of the journey! I'm super excited to share this website with everyone, and I hope it becomes my home base, more or less. It's been a huge commitment of time and expense, but it felt like a necessary one.
