Discord Roles (Patreon)

I was informed by a user that my Patreon wasn't linked to the discord server anymore, so re-linked it and fixed the issue. If you find you've been suddenly dumped in there, that's why. I'm sorry about that, I didn't realize anything had changed about how it was linked up, but it should be all good for now.
