Quite an involved page!

The pacing on this one seems critical, being unfamiliar territory for Jay but mixed with genuine eagerness. It can't drag on too long since it serves as a flashback about how he got where he is in this office, and little more than that. (but a fun montage of other clients is planned before the flashback ends) Took a bit of extra work, but the pagination is working out for pages to come.

My next step is placing cameras, rendering shots, and then inking/coloring this one via stream. It's kind of impossible to ink pages without first having the background clips taken care of.

Keep an eye out for the stream announcement this week, or possibly Sunday! Both page 4 and 5 will be worked on simultaneously.

As always, thank you for the support, and enjoy!

That 4th frame is like your signature now <3 and the final one, digging the positions/angle/size shot. Thank you!

As a fellow comic artist with annoying background issues, do you use photos for your backgrounds?

How many pages are planned for the closer comic Zaush?

Also like how jay has a sheath. Looks good and it’s a fun thing.

Oh jeez! This one will be over 30, could even be 40 pages

I carefully craft 3d sets and marry them to hand drawn elements. The render time alone is enormous!

Looking fantastic, I'm really enjoying this one. :3
