Something all my Werewolves have to deal with is excess, longer, fur-like, body hair. For those born with the curse, this is just a normal part of life. For those who contract the curse later in life... It becomes a loathsome chore to deal with all that extra hair, which generally leads to a lot of negative body image problems.

Beautiful! Would love to see what she looks like from behind too. Does she have a tail stub and is that fur just as thick on the butt?

Now is this what remains after the first transformation and reversion, or does it develop over a longer period of time? (Dealing with it would be a good story all on it's own.)

It develops after the first full transformation, in the Kariverse, the curse has a biological component and it actually changes the Genetics of the werewolf so in a strictly biological term they are no longer "human". It's not that pronounced right off the bat, but it does happen after the first full transformation cycle.
