It's been a while, but I'm featuring an African youkai this time!
From South Africa to Zimbabwe, a legendary vampire thunderbird passed down among the Zulu people, the ”Impundulu”.

The Impundulu is a youkai known to the Zulu people living from the Republic of South Africa to Zimbabwe.
It's a human-sized bird capable of summoning thunder with its wings.
It has a taste for blood and is said to serve as a familiar to witches and witch-doctors. It is also rumored to be able to transform into a human form.

In the world of ”Anime-Tamae!”, the Impundulu is designed as a cute African girl, of course!

As I was exploring the character, a somewhat cheeky appearance and lines came to me, so I've put it together in that vein this time.

It seems to be looking down on Harara, who shares the same thunder attribute...?

Since it has the familiar attribute, it might be interesting to have it appear as a subordinate to a stronger African youkai girl!

少し久しぶりに、アフリカ妖怪の登場です！
南アフリカ～ジンバブエのズールー民族に伝わる吸血雷鳥「インプンドゥル」。

インプンドゥルは、南アフリカ共和国からジンバブエにかけて住まうズールー民族に伝わる妖怪。
人間サイズの鳥で、その翼で雷を呼び起こすことができます。
血を好み、魔女や呪術医の使い魔となることもあるのだとか。また、人間の姿に変身できるとも言われています。

『あにめたまえ！』ワールドのインプンドゥルは、もちろんアフリカ系の可愛い女の子としてデザインしてみました！

キャラを模索しているうちに、なんだか生意気っぽい姿とセリフが降りてきたので、今回はそんな感じにまとめています。

どうやら同じ雷属性である委員長のことをナメきっているようですが…？

使い魔属性もあるので、より強いアフリカ妖怪娘の手下的に登場するのも良いかも知れないですね！
