This isn’t actually your first Jackie Chan movie he did the voice of Monkey in n Kung Fu Panda

I don't think the racial humor would be bad even if the film were released in 2023. For example, when Jackie Chan says the N word, its because Chris Tucker's character told him to "follow my lead. Do what I do." He is just not aware that only black people say that word. He is confused, not racist. And at other moments like when Chris Tucker's character says "you might see a relative here in China town", that's not even slightly racist. Its just a silly comment and is not even an insult or malicious or prejudice or any bad category at all. I mean, if he was telling a Japanese person that he might see a relative in China town they might be annoyed, but even that is not racist. Its just insensitive to someone's feelings. But he was actually Chinese, (Hong Kong is part of China) so it is not even insensitive. Imagine if an American was at an American owned bar while overseas and someone says "you might see a cousin here." Would any typical American take offense to that comment? I highly doubt it.
