QUICK ILLUSTRATION: CAPTAIN HYDRA X HULK SERUM (Patreon)

Steve Rogers has been captured by Hydra and was subjected to an arduous re-education process. Additionally, to increase Captain Hydra's lethality, Red Skull gives him the serum based on Hulk's blood.

I took a little free time to make this illustration based on an idea I thought for a Captain America story.
