Body Pillow Update + Poll for Marina pillow (Patreon)

We have a question about the Marina body pillow however - as you all know there's two version of Marina, one with a pp and one with a vag. We want to know which version people are more interested in. We can probably have both printed if it's really necessary, but having multiple products split like that causes a logistical nightmare.
