Heat 0.3.8.1 Test Build - Watersports, Tail/Head Posing, Optimizations (Patreon)

Updated to 0.3.8.1!

Every time I start a feature I think "Gee this won't be so hard".

Every time I'm wrong. This time it was it was waterports. The fluid engine sucked too much to use for watersports so we had to figure out our own system. Let us know whether you like it or not.

We've also added tail posing, for the first few bones of the tail anyways. Once you let go of the tail it'll stay in that position, so it should be much easier to raise out of the way. You can also grab and position their heads now. Use the radial option to reset their heads to normal.

The optimizations this time are physics optimizations for Atlas, Emmy, Hera, and Riley. Please test those out to make sure physics on them works as it should.

This test build may be a little jankier than usual. Despite my best efforts I've come down with covid and so wasn't able to put as much time into this build as I'd like. Please report any bugs and give your feedback on how the new stuff feels in the Discord.
