Rory definitely has the most bland storyline of season 4. (& this is coming from someone who doesn’t hate Rory lol) She’s just been boring up to this point but what comes in the second half this season is the worst arc she has of the whole show, tbh. I’ll be curious to see what you think about it!

in all honesty, i always watched the show for lorelai—she’s my favorite character and i’ve preferred her to rory since the very beginning. especially in the later seasons (starting s4) i feel like lorelai’s storylines are just so much more enjoyable than rory’s

Yeah I don’t hate Rory either so I agree, it’s a shame that it’s so bland this season (not the worst thing ever just easily the weakest so far)
