I guess I get why people like Lorelai but this episode is an example of why I can’t stand her. I don’t think it’s cute to abuse a friends generosity like borrowing a car for an entire day when they only intended for it to be a few hours. Like, clearly she could have had Luke drive her to her own car instead of just blowing Luke off over night. Also its cute that she wants to be there for Rori, but what she did was way over the top and just crazy in my mind
