I had the same problem. Seemingly it was because the price of the tier increased and I had to update my payment. I still can't access $10 on mobile, but on desktop it seems to work.

Just to clarify: I don't pay in $ and I think there's some weird thing going in Patreon's currency exchange. If you support other creators, you should check your membership there too
