Hey everyone,

Welcome to this week's development report :)

There are lots of things that are happening, check it out.

Level:

Transferred Adun blockout to the main world map and started to work on its surrounding areas. Continued optimization of materials and textures.
Current progress of Skyvillage building detailing.


Code:

Improved World Map UI by cutting it up into tiles and streaming only the necessary tiles into memory depending on zoom level and viewing position.

Added SetOptionValue event receiver to sex scenes.

Started work on a path graph feature we call Way Net.

This feature is the final piece of the puzzle of the processing range and allows us to do two things:

  • Ensure that NPCs out of processing range end up at a valid and plausible location when entering processing range
  • Improve path finding for long paths for NPCs in processing range (e.g. when the player follows an NPC)

Character:

Plenty of new outfits are being worked on currently, here are some images of concepts and models for some of them.


Animations: Implementing some more NPC routine animations and starting ideation for a Max x Bol-type minigame.

Design:

Improved Adun blockout and got it ready to port to the main world map.

Started working on Apoc quests and dialogues.

Added more of the missing Sky Village dialogs.

Implemented a functional escape pod dummyProperty handling design for armor items.

A lot of quality has been put into the game, the team is doing great things! Would be amazing if you can add more goat boi DJ botteming animations. Hes too cute :P
