Alright, so without further ado, it's time to really sit down and talk about the Emi doll!

Let's start with some stats:

Height: 5'1'' (155cm)

Weight: ~38-40 kgs (10 of those kgs are her tits!)

Breast dimensions: 5000 ccs (29P cup size approx.)

With the stats out of the way, I'd like to talk more about her breasts.

As those following the project from the start, the biggest challenge faced in creating Emi as a doll has been her super round, implanted breasts. Main challenge was simple physics.

With breast size, comes quite a bit of added weight. Add that to TPE's elasticity (and eventual yield) and you're left with massive drooping and probable skin tearing, since there's no support for the breasts. After some tests and concepting, I helped the manufacturer design an internal breast rig that, connected to the doll's skeleton, provides the needed support to maintain their perky, round shape, while still keeping the ability to be manipulated with 360 degree movement (see the attached manufacturer video showing off breast movement on the prototype).

With the rigging finalized, Emi finally became possible to manufacture properly, as you can see from the included photos! All I can really say is that she's damned impressive, her looks combined with the look and feel of her TPE skin makes for an uncanny level of realism.

Now, a few notes from personal experience working with the doll so far:

- Lift with your legs, not your back! At her dimensions and weight, you're basically picking up a prone person.

- Makeup brush + cornstarch based baby powder = perfectly smooth and protected doll skin. TPE material by its design can be somewhat sticky coming off the factory production, so the finishing touch after getting one of these dolls is to apply baby powder to the body (brush is best to avoid streaking). This has the added benefit of making the TPE feel incredibly close to smooth, actual skin.

- When dressing, avoid dark or super bright colors like the plague! Most new clothing have dyes that WILL soak into the doll's skin if you're not careful due to the oils found in the TPE material's composition. This has a high potential to cause staining or marking on the skin, which I experienced first hand. Luckily though, the manufacturer offers dye removers which work pretty well (sold separately), but I think it's better to not risk it.

- Keep away from hairy pets/dusty areas. The doll's skin has a slight electrostatic element, so if left near places with a lot of small particles it can act like a magnet for that sort of debris. The doll can be washed and cleaned without issues, but again it's just a case of avoiding annoyances.

Those are just some tips off the top of my head. Suffice it to say, one of these dolls is definitely a hobbyist item that requires some attention and dedication to maintain properly. On the other hand, having a super busty Emi lounging around the house is quite a sight, so there's that as well! ;)
