Hello to all members of the Board,

A now-unconscious and freshly Nereidyl-dosed Denise is being transported for her BA, so it is time to decide upon which model of FABSIL XPN expanders she will be receiving.

Please review the promotional copy for the FABSIL XPNs below before considering your choice for Denise's first implants:

SAFETY

Our most versatile model, the XPN1200s offer a rapid fill rate, at the expense of a more limited cap on final implant dimensions.

For those looking for a rapid tissue expansion, the XPN1200 is an excellent choice. Further down the line, patients may opt for a less rapid fill implant, should their goals go beyond the XPN1200's 120k cc fill range.

NOTE: Due to the extreme fill rates, patients must be under a carefully monitored regime of Nereidyl Recovery or more potent Nereidyl strains in order to properly manage fills.

FABSIL XPN2500

INITIAL FILL DIMENSION: 2,500 CCS

MAXIMUM FILL: 500,000 CCS (200X)

MAXIMUM FILL RATE: 2,000 CCS PER FILL

A great start, and even greater possibilities.

Our middle of the line model, the XPN2500 offers the best of both worlds, with a few compromises. Offering generous initial fill dimensions, fill rates, and a 500k cc maximum safety fill, the XPN2500s.

We expect this to be our most popular model when the XPN line is fully live on the market, combining all the features most patients will desire in a single pair of expander implants.

Regardless of final choice, the board should consider using our promotional spokesmodel, Miss Denise Steele, to show off this model down the line, for maximum market penetration.

FABSIL XPN4000

INITIAL FILL DIMENSION: 4,000 CCS

MAXIMUM FILL: 4,000,000 CCS (1000X)

MAXIMUM FILL RATE: 1,000 CCS PER FILL

The ultimate choice for extreme dimensions.

The XPN4000 expander implants are engineered for maximum size, period.

However, the design's ultra-resilient shell lacks the elasticity of our previous models, allowing only for a reduced fill rate.

Over time, however, the XPN4000 easily dwarfs all of our existing implant models to date on the market, and is sure to make headlines in any publication when its expansive capabilities are fully on display.

As an addendum, XPN4000s can be pre-ordered and filled in our facilities to any available size, given enough advance notice. An excellent option for patients already well into their modification journeys.

NOTE: Due to the extreme volumes the XPN4000 offers, surgeons looking to include this model in their offerings must be certified with FABSIL filler training level III in order to properly administer the required filler fluids properly.

Fellow board members, remember that our volunteer is to not only test our products, but also advertise them. The high fill rates on the XPN1200 should make for an ideal test. With fill rates that high and miss Steele's audience, Mr Montogomery has assured us that demand for our product will reach a fever pitch. Just imagine how much interest can be drummed up after miss Steele goes up in size by 3000cc a week. Or even shorten that time with additional doses of Nereidyl Recovery? Even given our volunteer's willingness to go big, she might still be spooked to wake up with implants rated to 4million ccs! If we want to leverage miss Steele's social reach, then it is best that we have full co-operation of our volunteer. Its better to let miss Steele, grow into her role, as it were. And there are no issues in preordering a larger initial fill of the XPN2500 or XPN4000 down the line.

I voted for the 1200s, due to the full rate. To max out the 4000s, she would have to go in for fills 4,000 times! And there’s no indication of how often she can go in for fills, so these could take a decade or more to max out.

I don't think this poll has enough information to make a good decision. First fill rate is kinda meaningless without any context about how often they can be filled. Second the choices seem kinda meaningless because why can't her implants just be changed out for a bigger one once she reaches max size like they do with normal implants? Third I think the choices could have been made more interesting. Something like “Implant #1 increases breast size while giving them an ultra round shape”, “Implant #2 increases breast size while giving them more of a torpedo/melon like shape”, “Implant #3 is actually a pair of implants one inserted in her breasts and one inserted into her areola to create a “breasts on breasts” look where they look and bounce like breasts”.

1) Fill rate can be up to once daily on patients using Nereidyl supplements. 2) They definitely can be changed out, and more than likely would be, considering Denise's storyline details how she can now explore transformations to her whim, to and fro, back and forth, however she feels like. This poll covers the implants she will be getting in her first BA, future BAs are as yet to be determined. 3) This is pretty subjective in the end. However, I did mention a while back that Denise's transformation (and the Plastic Obsessions storyline in general) is meant to be rooted much more in standard plastic surgery, as it covers events related to public-facing promotion of FabPharma's commercially available Nereidyl line (and other more conventional products). Ultimately, this poll's intention is to decide Denise's starting size for her first BA, as I wrote in the latest monthly briefing.

Good observations :) and quite true to case, considering daily fills, the XPN4000s would take the estimated time you discovered to reach their max fill, barring any switching out for a different set of implants (perhaps even pre-filled ones, or whole new models?)

If fill rate is once a day then it seems like XPN1200 is the best choice if you want to max them out as fast as possible. You can put 21,000cc a week in them while you can only put 14,000c a week with XPN2500, and 7,000cc a week with XPN4000. After the XPN1200 implants hit its max you can switch them out for XPN2500 which fill faster than XPN4000 and can always be switch out later. In that situation XPN4000 seems like a bait choice.

However, the board decision currently leaning toward the XPN4000 model would fit well with Denise's wishes to have the biggest implants she could get in one BA. Now, will she be happy with a limited fill rate? What exactly are her size goals? Will these goals change? How will she react to waking up to her new bust? What else is in store for Denise? That and more will come into play as her story continues to develop.

I said in the situation where someone wanted to max them out as fast as possible the XPN4000 seems like a bait choice not that it was a bait choice in general. XPN1200 implants would be bigger than XPN4000 implants after two fills even if XPN4000 were filled up at the same time.
