"Alright, ladies," Dr Grussben started as Denise and Cami were seated, "From what I've heard, we're here today because Miss Steele here is curious about breast enlargement, am I right?"

Denise smirked, "That's right, doc," she shifted in her seat, holding her hands out in front of her, as if holding her future rack, "I want to get massive, ultra fake tits! As big as you make me, basically," she drops her arms, "However, I'm aware this sort of procedures carry a long recovery time, specially for someone like me that wants to go from nothing to, well, a lot. And, considering my line of work as a fitness instructor, I wanted to go over this Nereidyl Recovery stuff with you to see if I can actually get my breasts done and get back to work ASAP"

Dr Grussben smiled back, "I see. Well, I'm happy to say that's not an unusual request. A lot of patients have been coming to me asking about Nereidyl Recovery in the past few weeks," he leaned forward in his seat, "In fact, I've been privately working alongside FabPharma for a few  months now as they've been perfecting the Recovery serum, and I can assure you there's no other doctor that can currently offer you the expertise I've been honored to gain in using the appropriate dosages and applications of the serum for maximum effect."

Denise raised her eyebrows, "Oh, wow. I didn't know you already had so much... experience, with the stuff..." she glanced over to Cami, who was sitting next to her, "Guess that explains how Cami's recovery was only a few days, huh?" 

Cami smiled excitedly when Dr Grussben turned to acknowledge her, "That's right," he said, "Cami was back on her feet with a full recovery after only 3 days from her latest BA."

"Yeah, she mentioned that," Denise said, "In fact, that's like one of the main reasons I booked our appointment!"

Denise turned her head slightly as she looked at Dr Grussben, "Doctor, I know you're literally THE doctor to go to when it comes to huge breast enhancement, I've done my research. What's really important to me, however, is that I can get back on my feet as a personal trainer right away," she paused, turning to smile sheepishly at Cami,"After all, Miss Camille here just hired me as her trainer just a week ago, and has been kind of enough to give me a short leave to recover from my BA before we resume our daily routine."

Dr Grussben leaned back in his chair, regarding both of the girls with an amused look, "Ah, I see.." he winked at Cami, "You're not talking Miss Steele into this now, are you Cami?" 

Cami giggled, "Well, I must admit I told Denise about your expertise with the Nereidyl serum. But! Miss Denise has told me how much she's wanted to get her boobies done for a long time now, so I just had to recommend you!"

The doctor nodded, then turned back to Denise, smiling warmly, "Camille here is very kind to sing my praises, but she's right. I've built my practice around cosmetic enhancements that push the limit of contemporary aesthetics, while taking the utmost care with my clientelle to ensure their well-being from start to finish."

"As such, Mrs. Steele, I must ask... do you have any specific goals in mind?"

Denise paused for a moment, glancing at Cami, then back at the doctor, Well, everything is out in the open, might as well be forthcoming with my desires...

"Well, doctor," Denise said, "I know this may sound a little crazy, specially considering my breasts are not very big to start off with..." she sighed hopefully, "But to be totally honest, if you can get me as big as Dyna, or even bigger, I'd be overjoyed."

Cami's jaw dropped, "Oo, mon dieu! You want to be that big, huh?"

Dr Grussben's eyebrows shot up slightly as well, "Oh, I was... not aware you knew Dyna as well... or is this something more along the lines of you two just meeting?"

Denise shrugged, "Nah, we've met before," she said, "I mean... I know it's asking for a lot, but it's not like I'm flat either. I got D cups, after all... that should make it easier for me to go really big, right?"

Grussben nodded, "That is correct, Miss Steele. Your natural breast size does give you quite a bit of leeway for further augmentation," he stood up from his desk, "If you wouldn't mind, I think it would be good to see what I will be working with, if you'll come with me, please."

Denise nodded, "Yeah of course!" she said, following him to the examination room annexed to his office.

"Very well, let's see what we have to work with then," He gestured for Denise to sit in the examination chair, "Would you please remove your top for me?"

"Oh... well, seems you didn't need my prompting!"

Denise had complied eagerly already, pulling her sweatshirt and tanktop up over her breasts and displaying them proudly, "I know they're not even close to what you work on normally, doc," she teased, "but, like I said, not a bad place to start from I bet!"

Dr Grussben chuckles, "Indeed, you have a quite shapely bust already, Mrs. Steele."

"Now, let's see... allow me to examine your breasts briefly..." she nodded, angling her chest slightly upwards as he hovered over her, Well he's definitely a tall drink, heh... she thought to herself as Dr Grussben bent over her slightly, palpating her breasts for a few moments. 

Grussben nodded, "Well, at a glance, I don't detect any abnormalities. Thank you, Miss Steele," he said as he stood over her, "I'll be frank, you've certainly got some impressive goals in mind! The good news is it's not impossible, specially with your existing breast mass" he continued, "However, without having undergone any previous BA procedures... even with Nereidyl Recovery, I simply cannot get you to the size you want in one go."

Denise sighed, pulling her sweatshirt down and over her chest, "Yeah... I figured..."

Dr Grussben held up his right hand, "That's not all, though. As you may or may not know, tissue expanders have gained a lot of popularity among those who seek a very large bust. In your case, to give you a very rough estimate before we conduct a few further tests, I think anything in the 2000 to 3000 cc range is possible for your first operation, with a recovery period between 5 to 8 days," the doctor said, now stroking his chin in thought, "If you are comfortable with the use of expanders over regular saline implants, I can look into an appropriately sized expander that would accept that fill range easily, and we can proceed with weekly to monthly fills from there on, so we can slowly get you to your size goal over time."

Denise's heart skipped a beat, "...Really? That's way bigger than I thought possible right off the bat... and only 5-8 days?"

Dr Grussben nodded, "That's correct. The end fill will vary in the range I described, but with proper application of Nereidyl Recovery throughout the procedure, and during your recovery period, it'll be as if you've always had breasts that size after the time has lapsed."

"We'll need to do a few routine tests before I can give you a more exact determination, of course. However, take this as a very educated appraisal, I'm very confident by what I've said."

"Well, doc, that really sounds amazing!" Denise finally replied, "I'm uh... not so sure about expanders right off the bat though... maybe aim for a little over 2000ccs with regular implants for my first time?"

Dr Grussben smiled and nodded, "Of course. I can also understand your trepidation at making such a swift change to your physique in one stroke. We can go at any pace you wish, as I said earlier, your well-being is first and foremost, and that includes as much your emotional and mental well-being as well as your physical one."

Denise smiled back, "Thanks, Dr Grussben. I really do want to go huge, but I guess one step at a time is best, right?"

"Oo, speaking of!" Cami suddenly appeared at the edge of the divider between the doctor's office and the adjacent exam room, "Dr Grussben, would it be too rude of me if I bothered you for a quick fill today? After your appointment is done with Miss Denise, of course!"

The doctor turned to smirk at Cami, "I don't see why not, I have about an hour until my next appointment, so I will gladly do your fill," he turned to regard Denise once again, "Now, Mrs. Steele, if you don't have any more questions, please take a few minutes to speak to my assistant outside and she'll go over everything with you in regards to the exams we'll need to do, as well as getting everything on schedule."

Saying that, Dr Grussben began to stand up from his chair, prompting both Denise and Cami to do the same. 

Denise glanced at Cami. She looked so excited, and judging from how hard her nipples poked against the outline of her skimpy dress, Denise figured she was either very excited for her fillup, had a thing for Dr Grussben, or maybe both.

Denise couldn't help but think about it. If she was perfectly honest with herself, the idea of expanders kind of excited her.

"Umm... doctor..." Denise suddenly said, "Would it... be okay if I hung around to see you do the fillup?" she turned to look at Cami, smiling apologetically, "If you don't mind of course, Cami?"

Denise suddenly blushed, "Oh! Uhm..." she mumbled, looking at Dr Grussben, "... well?"

Dr Grussben chuckled, "I don't see why not. You can schedule everything with my assistant afterwards," he gestured for Cami to come sit at the examination chair, "Just make yourself comfortable while I set everything up, Camille."

In a matter of moments, Cami had already fully slipped off the top half of her dress, exposing her big, spherical tits, and sat down expectantly while Dr Grussben worked on the preparations for her fillup.

"Now," he said, as he was finishing up preparing, "We just need to connect this tubing to your fill port, and we can get started."

Denise glanced over the doctor's shoulder as he worked on setting everything up. Damn, he works fast,she thought as she watched him set up the tubing into Cami's left expander's port to begin filling her up. With a large syringe at hand, he connected it to the tubing, beginning to firmly apply pressure to it, injecting the saline into the fillup rig.

Denise walked around to Cami's right side as she stared at the procedure. "Huh..." Denise muttered, watching how Dr Grussben finished up with Cami's left breast, now setting up the filling rig for her right breast, "So it's like... filling up a water balloon, isn't it?"

Dr Grussben chuckled, "In a way, yes. Minus the popping, of course!"

Denise and Cami laughed softly, her eyes glued to Cami's now obviously larger left breast, "That... actually doesn't look that bad. For some reason I thought it would be, I don't know, more complicated?"

"As long as everything is sanitized properly, the fillups are actually rather simple, as you can see," Dr Grussben said, finishing up on Cami's left breast, "Plus, it makes surgical intervention that much less invasive for progressive enlargement."

Cami smirked, "Oh yes, and it makes it even more exciting to be awake during the expansion!"

Denise couldn't help but grin, "Well, I gotta say your left boob is looking amazing already, Cami!"

She bit her lip in thought for a moment, then turned towards Dr Grussben, "Uhm, doc... I think I'm having second thoughts..." she muttered with a sheepish smile, "maybe I do want expanders, after all."

Dr Grussben lifted an eyebrow quizzically, "Oh, is that so? Well, I can certainly make the necessary arrangements."

"... and maybe push for the 3000 ccs, too."

"Ah! Very well, Miss Steele. I will make sure to get you as close to your goal as we can..."

"One last question, Doctor..."

"Yes, Miss Steele?"

"Just how exactly does this Nereidyl serum work, anyway?"

"Oh, well, just as advertised, really! It boosts the natural regenerative capabilities of your body to completely new levels. I'll have my assistant give you some literature to read at your leisure as part of your prep package."

"Oh, ok, thanks," Denise smiled, "That'd be great..."
