Creating and balancing insane mode takes about 40% of the development time. This means it is possible for me to release maps much sooner if I leave insane mode til later.

Which option do you think is best?

(option A is how things have been done so far)

It's a personal preference, but i'm usually looking for challenge in 2p campaign - two players gives too much / so much power to players, and beating AI makes things quite trivial.
