I hope you enjoy Death Knight Falric's new spell set I developed today. Its designed to tie together Death Knight Arthas' spells.

I'm not sure I enjoy the ult. It's on par with lvl 2 blizzard + slow. Maybe a metamorphosis-like skill would be more fun? For example it could change his mana drain skill to mana burn (like spell breakers), and give him buffs to attack speed, damage but make him take damage over time? Just a suggestion obviously.

it isn't channelling like blizzard, so there's that!. I can't afford another morph because the magic attack is already 1 morph haha

Aha! If it's not chanelling then its nice and way better. Does it attack friendly units?
