I'd like to do all 3 of these, but I wonder which one I should focus on first.

Rebalancing the insane difficulty will bring all the experienced players back to play and check it.

I believe the priority should be completion first, then expanding insane difficulty. What's the point of balancing when not all maps are done yet?

I think creating them well is more important than creating them fast. Many players will only play the map once. And if balance is off they will never experience it after re balancing. Lets test it properly, and publish when it's definitelly ready and only minor tweaks are needed

I think that releasing the original campaign in its entirety as quickly as possible is in your best interest. It's going to get more people interested in your project (which could potentially bring more subscribers for your additional content). Of course for all of us who are already interested in your work, we want you to customize and make insane difficulty balanced. However, everyone needs the dev (Spoon) to have support. So I think getting more people interested (based on getting the project completed as quickly as possible) is the way to go.
