In the News: Rethinking Strategies (Patreon)

Over the last couple of months I've been promoting my SubscribeStar site over Patreon. Mostly because I have more freedom over the kind of content I can post over there. Patreon doesn't really like adult content - it's like they begrudgingly allow it just because it's still money. But they could very well pull the plug at any time.

However, a couple of patrons here have had some trouble with SubscribeStar and have been unable to switch over there. That, and Patreon has a much larger userbase. I've also attempted to attract people to FANBOX for a longer time, even. But the MASSIVE problem with FANBOX is that you need to censor your stuff.

Thus, I'm reconsidering my position on Patreon. This site will be again my main focus, as long as my account here is active. SubscribeStar will stay as my secondary option for content that I cannot post here (but don't worry, you'll be able to see it on Discord), and FANBOX... well, I don't reeeeally want to shut it down because it still allows stuff that you can't have here. But I won't be plugging it anymore.
