Halloween Hijinx WIP (Patreon)

I started this piece well ahead of Halloween in 2017, with the intention of having it done right on time, of course. Needless to say, that clearly fell through the cracks... But I had good reason!! I was actually working on a Halloween costume of my own! Yeah, a real one! That ended up being rather time-consuming, and since I got it done just in time for Halloween, this picture... didn't meet the deadline at all.

It felt weird working on this picture in November. As soon as it's no longer October anymore, trying to draw spooky stuff just doesn't feel right, yanno? It's too close to Turkey Day at that point. So I didn't do much to continue this one. Although, truth be told, drawing Madeline's "Raggedy Ann" curls didn't do much to make me want to continue working on this...

Regardless, I still really like this picture. Seeing all my OC's having fun in costume is still such a joy! That's why I'm going to give it a little bit more priority over some of my other WIP's, just because of the time of year. It's almost Halloween again, and this piece would make for an excellent Coloring Book page!!
