New Discord server started... (Patreon)

So, as people pointed out, my username had been deleted.  Possibly as part of Discord working on recovery or just pettiness from the hacker (the latter).  People had also pointed out I had 2 weeks to recover... which I thought was ridiculous and also out of my hands as my ticket was already filed.

It turns out it's true.  In great wisdom, Discord wipes permanently if you pick the Permanently Delete User option, after 14-30 days (I don't program, but why would you give your deletion a range of 16 days if an automated system does it?  Suspense? ).  Never mind that my ticket is 22 days old... OH WAIT, THEY ARE ACTUALLY REPLYING TO MY FIRST, 2 MONTH OLD TICKET... saying they can't do shit after 14 days (let's be more precise than they are).  If you know it takes 2 months to answer a "Hacked Account" ticket... which, I dunno, would think have priority... it means you need more than a handful of people handling tickets, means you need to overhaul that swiss cheese of a program or put better safeguards in place... OR... maybe bump up that 14 day perma-delete bullshit.

Anyways I'm not mad, just disappointed (and baffled, so baffled).  Some people mentioned you could recover an owner-less server but if it's anything like the shit support I just got? No thanks!  Starting a new server then... and I just sent you all the link via email.  Join me in rebuilding!
