Like for example: underwear version , naked version, cum version. ( I wouldn't count alterations as separate images tho, and it wouldn't be done to every image)

Everybody does it and it takes like 10 minutes to make an alteration in my experience, so I don't mind either way!

Never cared for them (ow wow, I seem to be the only one XD). They don't add a single thing for me, just feel like quick copies of the same thing. "Ow wow it's the exact same picture with his eyes closed, whoo....hoooo....".

I agree, to me any actual sequence/comic would be better. That said, I lose nothing if they do exist so whatever.

I absolutely love it when artists add variants to their images. I'd personally even be willing to throw down a bit more for them in fact.

Not really a fan of those, but I don't have anything against them either. Well, at least if it doesn't affect overall amount of unique (or whatever word you want to use :P) content, which I think is what you meant when you said that they don't count as separate images. I know a lot of artists do those, but if I, for example had to choose between having 3 images with multiple versions over 4-5 completely unique images (with no alternate versions), I would go with the latter. So, in short, if you make them, that's fine. :D
