SundayRundown# - As Suraj noticed the bombs dropped in 2077. The world of fallout became more advanced than ours, but the 1950's look, style and aesthetic never ended. Also they didn't invent micro processors so all their computers are big dumb and bulky. Suraj or Mickey might remember from their fallout 3 playthroughs that the enclave which they mentioned at the end of the episode are a big part of Fallout 3. The Enclave are also in fallout 2, which I never played but they're in it.

#SundayRundown I love the way the Vault Dwellers are depicted in this show vs the games. The 33s are pragmatic and committed to their cause of rebuilding the world. They don't value their lives knowing that they'll never leave the Vault, and are more concerned with maintaining their processes to keep the Vault going. They have a "keep calm and carry on" mentality, even during the raider attack. (That guy was more concerned about the jelly mould than the two people delivering it). Even after the attack the quickly and calmly dispose of the bodies, repair the damage and replace their positive-attitude propaganda. They're still out of touch with the real world, but they're much less foolish and sheltered like they are in the games. Maybe they're just prepared better by Overseer Hank.

Good call out by Chris on that "The Good, the bad, and the Ugly" reference, it totally slipped by me. Damn good pilot episode and I really liked the vibe that each of these characters were like starting a new play through of the game with a different build, even Norman. Lucy reading out her background in the beginning even felt like she was listing skills and perks at the beginning of the game. Gonna go watch you ep2 uncut now. Love y'all.
