Something even more different.


 I recently read the last Discworld book that focuses on Moist Von Lipwig, the retired con man. it implies that the next big change that'll hit Discworld is going to be the bicycle. Sir Pratchett died in 2015. Raising Steam was released 10 years ago and all of his novels take place chronologically.  

It's very self-indulgent and I wouldn't be able to publish this without his daughter's approval, but I wanted to have a go at writing the next one. If nothing else, I can change names and make it a Verdant book. 

THAT ALL SAID, here's an attempt at a Pratchett-esque interaction where the main character, Moist, has just "died" and encounters what appears to be Death.
