S17 - Summer Vacation Update! (Patreon)

Hello Patrons!  

It's finally here! The begining of Part 3 is out for you!

We're a little late on the timing (2 weeks), but it's finally here! I do hope you'll enjoy it. In this version, we have 2 new days, with some very different options for you to try (and to test everything, you will need to have some saves before starting this where you show interest to Fabien, Carlos and Jin : you will spend most of your time with the character with the highest score - so if you have let's say 10 points with Jin in s16 and 0 with Fabien and Carlos, then your game will be mainly with Jin). In all cases, you start this update with your roomie.

I also update the Gallery a bit. You won't really notice a lot of differences, but I made something easier for me to maintain and to update in the future. I also continued to add some sounds where I'd stopped long time ago (I'm up to S4, a long way from S17...). Sounds / music take a lot of time (find sounds, hear them, add them...). And to be honest, it's not my favorite activity...  We also continued to translate the game into spanish, but we only finalized until S3 so far, so the translation is not available of course ^_^.

Just to let you know, work has been continuing! S18 has been started, with the beginning mostly done and I'd like to work on the gameplay and UI elements some more too.

The two main new features I'm currently working on: 

• Giving you access to Mat's phone, in order to review the messages sent/received. Maybe we could be able to use the phone for something else in the future, I am still thinking about it :)
• Show some new screens for all the character you know in the game, and... depending on what you know about them, it will fill out a kind of character history, with Mat's thoughts. On this screen, I will finally display a bar which will show interest / affection (points won). 

It will hopefully be available in the next update just to test the system! It may involve reviewing the points system to better balance them, as I'd like some scenes to only available with a certain amount of 'interests'. But that can come later, as the day I do it, it will surely corrupt the saves :p

I am still wondering if we continue the story further yet or if we create new options / routes / scenes (during summer, while at the Uni, some memories... ). I don't know yet :D It is a question of balance (and also to have some ideas to complete new scenes / dialogs).
