Price Change (Patreon)

I have considered this matter for a long time. My pricing was initially based on the average market price for R18 art sponsorships on Patreon in 2016. However, with the introduction of Fanbox, there has been a significant change in the pricing for R18 art sponsorships.

In simple terms, the average price on Fanbox now allows unlocking all the monthly images for 500 to 700 JPY, and in some cases, it even includes all old images. Most Patreon creators also set their prices between 3 to 6 USD(for unlocking monthly images).

Among them are many artists who are more talented and experienced than I am. Honestly, I shouldn't charge higher fees than them. Additionally, my sponsorship income has struggled to grow over the past couple of years, perhaps due to my higher fees (more than double that of many others), making it challenging to attract new sponsors or students.

I am unsure if reducing prices will lead to income growth. I hope it does, but this choice poses a high risk for me. My earnings will decrease rapidly, and I don't know when they will return to their original levels or when they will surpass the current ones.

After careful consideration, I have decided to try this because I believe it is the right choice.

Starting this month, I will reduce the $10 sponsorship to $5, and in addition to the complete images, I will also include PSD files. The $15 tier's content will be adjusted to the current $20 tier, while the $20 tier will remain unchanged. I may add some extras to it, but it is primarily for those willing to provide additional support (thank you very much!).

I will also start using Fanbox, but Fanbox rewards will not include PSD files.

這件事我已經考慮非常久了，我的價格是根據2016年當時patreon的R18藝術贊助的平均市場價格訂的，但自從有了fanbox之後，這種R18藝術贊助的價格就有了很大的改變。

簡單地說，現在fanbox的平均價格為500~700日圓就能解鎖當月全部的圖片(有些甚至包含所有舊圖片)，而大部分的patreon創作者的價格也訂在3~6美金之間。

這其中也不乏許多比我更優秀，比我更資深的藝術家。平心而論，我不應該收取比他們更高的費用。

此外，我這一兩年來的贊助收入很難成長，或許也是因為我收費更貴的緣故(比許多人貴了超過兩倍)，因此很難吸引到新贊助者，或是學生族群。

我不知道降價是否會對我帶來收入的成長，我希望會，但這樣的選擇對我來說風險是很高的。我的收益會快速減少，並且不知道什麼時候才能恢復到原先的水準，也不知道什麼時候成長到比目前更高。

經過再三考慮之後，我還是決定嘗試這麼做，因為我認為這是正確的選擇。

我在這個月會把10美元的贊助改為5美元，而獎勵內容除了原本的完整圖片之外，還另外多出PSD檔案。15美元的方案內容改為目前的20美元方案，20美元的方案則保持不變，我或許會增加一些東西進去，但這個方案主要還是留給那些願意額外支持我的人們(十分感謝！)。

同時，我會開始使用fanbox，但fanbox的獎勵不包含PSD
