Hey howdy everyone, how's it going?

Last year I called this month Allergy April because April is the month where I end up with a whole bunch of pollen and other 'fun stuff' forces it's way into my nose and makes my head hurt. This year, though, I'm trying something a little different. In an effort to ward the allergies off - because goodness knows I got enough going on right now - I have decided to dub this month Amazing April instead.

Will this work? Absolutely not. But we might as well go ahead and give it a shot anyway, right?

Nonsense about allergies aside, this here is the beginning of the month post, where I go over what I hope to achieve this month, or, what content I hope to put on the table for everyone.

Last month was a bit of a dud for various reasons that I've gone over already, but in April I plan on picking myself up as much as I possibly can - within reason, won't be hurting myself, don't worry - and doing my utmost to get back to doing what I do best: macro/micro content.

Last month there wasn't an update for A Tiny Furry In A Huge World Plus: this month there will be one. While I don't want to overextend and make a whole bunch of promises about exactly what it will offer, I can say confidently enough that it will exist and it will add a whole bunch of new scenes to the game: mostly to the gym area, but... there's still a bonus scene for Ms. Matthews that needs to be added, plus things for Aimee Mode potentially...

...again, I don't want to overextend, but I am planning on putting a lot of focus into the game over April to try and catch up on things: I'd still like to try and get this update done by the end of May. So hopefully there should be a nice, chunky preview build at the end of the month.

There will also be a bonus poll, while we're on the topic! I'm thinking this one will be a classic pick your character poll followed by a what horrible thing would you like them to do to you poll, but, we'll see: I might think up something more interesting.

Since we're talking about game stuff, something that I want to announce is that I'm putting a brief hold on the development of both Vorevival and A Tiny Furry On A Huge Quest while I get my medical maladies all sorted out.

By a brief hold I mean that I won't be working on either of them this month. While I am eager to work on stuff, I think it'd probably be best to not develop three gaming projects simultaneously while I'm also juggling doctor's visits and dizzy spells. I don't want to stop working on either project for very long because I'm very eager to work on them, but like I say: trying not to overwhelm myself.

I'll give a status update on both projects at the beginning of May. Most likely unless the diagnosis process drags on for another month I'll be back to work on them by then, so hopefully it will be good news.

Stories, stories, stories! Or stories, stories, stories, stories, since I plan on having four up this month. One on the longer end of things, and three that are gonna be a little shorter... but still juicy, y'know?

I have two stories that are both very nearly finished, so at least one of those (if not both) should be up pretty early this week. I aim to get both done by the end of it which should be pretty achievable because like I say: they're almost finished. Just a few more tricky sections to wind through and they'll be ready to publish.

This month I also owe a couple of vignettes to the Patrons in that tier, so I'll be trying to cook up two other tales as well. I'll try and aim for one of these to be finished around the middle of month and the other one around the end: that way things should be nice and spread out.

Four stories might sound like a lot with everything I have going on, but two of them will be on the shorter side of things and the other two are on the cusp of completion so I think it'll be pretty achievable. Plus, they're vignettes, so writing something shorter and bouncier will make for a nice break from the longer projects that I've been working on lately.

My last two posts were about this, so I'm not gonna rattle on about it forever: you most likely know what's going on, and, if you don't, then like I say, the last two posts cover it in full.

What I do want to say is that I'm in a great state of mind even if I'm not in a perfect state of physical being. The doctors that I've seen have all been very kind and informative and seem to be doing their absolute best for me, so I'm very grateful for that, and I'm encouraged that I'll know what's going on within the next couple of weeks.

I'm also pretty confident that I can handle whatever this weird thing is going forward. Even if these dizzy spells end up being a permanent thing, whatever doesn't kill you just makes you stronger, or... something like that. At least, that's the mindset that I try to maintain with these things because otherwise I'd just end up going crazy, you know? I have to have some confidence in myself that I can handle and have the strength for whatever is ahead of me.

What I'm trying to say is: don't worry, or, try not to worry, because I'm not worried. Good people are looking at it and the only thing I can do at this point is keep pushing forward.

During this month, though, I am going to be making a genuine effort to eat well, sleep appropriately, and exercise where I can. The very least I can do right now is try and keep myself healthy, I think: both for myself and for the content I want to produce for my community. This is one of the reasons why I'm taking a step back from Vorevival and Tiny Furry Quest for a month: in doing so, I'll free up a good chunk of time to make sure I can squeeze in some self care.

I've said it a bunch already, but I genuinely can't say it enough really: thank you to everyone again for your patience and support during this. Your kind comments and lovely messages are one of the main reasons why I feel like I can be strong right now: it's hard not to feel sturdy when I have such a marvelous community supporting me, after all.

That's it for now!

Before the end of the week, I'll be posting up a nice gentle sizeplay story about a macro and a micro taking a hot steamy shower together on a cold winter's day. I look forward to seeing you all then!
