So, Dee is transforming into her powerful WILD form upon contact with sea water :) Also you can see how her (in)famous starfish guitar, which she uses both as a weapon and as a musical instrument, behaves when it feels that the ocean is near (the guitar is made from an ancient underwater monster, an immortal echinoderm abomination that was lured to land and dried in the sun to its current size, but still retained it's evil nature)
