Sunday Progress Report (Patreon)

Update: After looking back at these images in prep for posting on social media, I thought I'd see if adding a little depth of field improved them at all, so I took a few mins today to re-render them :D (see attachments)

It's that time of the week again ^_^

Things done this week, more work on Staying In Eating Out part 3, The ending sequence is being blocked out so is a bit rough. 

I've cleaned and varied the loops some more, Now working on the ending/tummy bulge (I want the fox to be FULL). 

Next week it'll be more work on blocking in the ending, maybe a temp fluid sim to get a good idea how it looks, and I'll look to finalize the bits at the end of the last camera angle/start of this one so the previous camera angle can go to rendering. 

For some time it's been bugging me that I couldn't really judge colors displayed, moving between the two monitors I had produced completely different results. To remedy this, (thanks to all your support) a new monitor and color calibration device was acquired. Now I can see what colors are supposed to look like. 

The fox's color pallet has been reworked, it's now a lot closer to what I had in mind to begin with (and what I thought it looked like) this is still a work in progress I might change things up further now I can really see what is going on. 

I've also spent time on the fur, the body was refined more clumps inserted and styled and I redid the ear floof. 

I'm now trying to get my head around lighting. and I've included some images that show off both the new fur and lighting. ^_^ 

Note on files, as Patreon limits file size to 200mb I'm providing all files bigger than that as a split zip. If all parts (.zip, .z01, .z02) are downloaded to the same location, (and your browser should do this by default) double click the .zip file and Windows 10 (or an archive manager of your choice) will happily open it up.
