update nov2020 (Patreon)

first of all, i really do appreciate you guys supporting me. you've allowed me to quit one of my 3 jobs, which during covid has been incredibly helpful and im eternally grateful. i put up a new goal for the future, but in the meantime i cannot understate how much i appreciate the support.

just to clarify what i upload for new patrons:

stuff uploaded is either finished commissions or things not ready to be uploaded publicly (if ever uploaded) but put here for some content. for example, the ow stuff usually requires more tweaks or needs to be a part of a batch but i don't look at it as entirely finished, but not so much of a "wip" that it's distinguishable. so if you've followed my twitter, you've probably seen stuff there that wasn't on patreon. it's simply because it was done done and ready to be uploaded. so it's not entirely about being a paywall or anything, it's just me trying to give you something back for the sake of supporting me. i know i sometimes look like ive disappeared, but its usually just my slow ass taking forever to draw and i try to get at least an image a week out. it's not going to be ow stuff forever either, that's almost at the end.

in saying that, i appreciate how eager some of you are to see my art and that you want to share it, which i get. usually if it shows up on a chan or imageboard, those sites move generally fast enough that the permanence isn't there and isn't relatively used for anything other than topic sharing by anonymous people so whatever.  i don't think it impacts me when your support is more charitable than pure exchange of goods. but please do not upload it to twitter or deviantart or instagram or whatever else has more permanence or has my own account. i can upload them there myself and i would prefer having my content in my own gallery where i can do whatever with it.

i would also really appreciate it if you could like, give it a little time to breath at least. the post i made today is already being reuploaded on deviantart because it was dropped on bbwchan and da's new policy is that only the owner can report and they do so by filing a long ass dmca. i've had to file a dmca on over 200 pieces this weekend and it's a pain in the ass.
