Unreal engine is great in a lot of ways, but it is very veeeeryyy fucking backwards in some ways too. Making cameras that area easy to setup, but also dynamically moving by following a parent actor as the origin, being one of those things that are backwards af. Ive done a million iterations this year on my camera system, as there are a million hoops to jump through to get the system efficient.

Finally I can now setup cameras that can be moved dynamically within a minute xD Youd think this would be easy to code, but it has been so irritating to get it to this point. My last iteration was hit or miss on wether the camera would actually properly keep its position, or be reset. Now it allways works <3

I use this system for some chairs, dialog cameras, and some sex camera types etc

Congrats! :) Do you envision you might work on some full/big games in the future? The 'Tails of Azeroth' games are what I have in mind in terms of "big games" where (World of) Warcraft is involved

Its been a few years since i tried those games so its hard for me to compare, but i will make games that have more races and a bigger lvl after the one im working om. My plans are to use the majority of my systems from this game, in my next game, so ill have more time to work on bigger enviorments and more races/animations etc
