Setting up the beast rig for the new voted for tyrande animation.

I am however making the rig re-usable for felstalkers and darkHounds too, and for påtreon reasons you gotta click the links below to see those

So I do believe theyre fine with the druidCat and darkHound, due to them being a fantasy beasts, but I dont want to draw uneccessary attention from their ståff, so doing it this way.
