mini game update (Patreon)

it just feels so damn good to finally be able to exit the sex mode, and having it differentiate between when the player has an npc following them, vs when an npc isnt following(which leads to single masturbating in this case.)

Masturbation mode will be a thing also :D 

The sex component code is finished getting updated, so once i go back to expanding features, i can do it easier now on the sex mode \o\ 

Ill probably re-implement the voice/ expression system next, not sure yet. The inventory could still also use a few updates, so we'll see.
