Added fixes to the VR build -

- HMD is now reset to the 0 camera position everytime you change to a new angle, or if you click on the active angle again. (which means you can reset your own HMD position at will)

So with this change, most if not all HMDs should spawn in the correct location for all cameras when playing the game.

- added a fix that should reset the Desktop game versions cameras to 0, once you leave VR mode, rather then having the VR rotations stuck onto the camera(meaning you would have had to exit and restart the game to play in desktop mode after trying vr.)

- added a fix that should make it so the menu no longer gets bugged (menu was geting bugged if you managed to activate the 'move menu feature' that the desktop menu has, which lets you move/position it around the screen.
