Slight rework of the snowy maps, beyond the cool snow effect!

• Frozen Stick Village / Cryotunnel surroundings / Dragon Princess II' Castle will now have snow in place of rain if there's precipitations! 
• The seasonal Chillbite Festival area will have snowfall all year round (but stonger during the 🍾festive🎄 season)!
