Maybe a gargoyle npc? Can only be talked to at night cuz she’s stone during the day?

A zombie NPC you need to feed to before you talk to or else she/he attacks you (could maybe be a zombie princess that you figure out after talking to enough? #Spooktober)

The mice and golems seem to like their technology so perhaps one of those working towards creating a VR world? (Hell, this could be even be expanded into a Tron-like digital kingdom lead by a digital princess that can only be accessed by doing quests for this mouse/golem, although we're not supposed to be giving reign ideas.)

A pixie explorer who, for the right price, can tell you hints to secret locations, treasures, etc.

Kappas I think would be a pretty popular race in general. But I could see a little kappa with a fishing pole being a cute simple character. Could be more complex if given a quest.

Please Consider...

Seasonal NPC merchants? Santa bae, Easter bunneh, etc to sell goods and roam the overworld.

Amak

Ghost Gladiator with a bloody arena. Spooky. Prize if you win combat is a decorative laurel over helmet like the fish water breathing device except it’s only for looks.

Magpie harpy thief who can be bartered with/convinced to hand over the loot they stole from your kills.

Yistern

A snooty bun fashion critic that knows where you can find alternate costumes, but will only tell you if you give her something (alcohol? swirlies?)

ReshiStar

A fox npc that rarely shows up, but gives you swirlies and sex for interacting

Uzachiha

Since I'll never be a queen level, here's my old npc idea: A blacksmith that can take your old weapons and improve them using dowries, special items, or almost anything! Like, not just relying on weapon drops or merchantP, so the game is more about creating your best knight.

Mizar

A travelling mouse merchant who sells to anyone, but is terrified (reasonably or unreasonably) of the cats so wears power-golem-armor in the south.

Alien or some current species in game that offers gene altering for progeny, possibly to mix races or change appearances/attributes such as body type or bust size or coloration. Rare attributes cost more and may require certain items. Ex. Doing the milking quest gives you princess milk that can increase bust size.

Lord Zero

How about a Chimera that was made through combining 3 or more races that wishes for you to undo this in a quest. In return you get three choices, sex, a rare weapon/armor, or a new companion with special stats that may later on get animations of their own.

A goblin NPC who can be found in random dungeon areas or on map events being ahh.. 'attacked' by monsters, and enjoying it. Is pregnant with random critters. Demands sexy times if/when you interrupt her fun. Maybe has side effect of spreading corruption to party members.

Maybe a Flying Siren type npc. Maybe a quest where one of the realms caused her voice to be lost and you have to find a way to get it back? ( Maybe a curse ) Helping her might cause you to decline affinity with that realm/princess but you get some other benefit?

Hag Princess will grant you many boons - heirs, power, even the affections of a Princess! She doesn't demand much in return - merely a progeny or two.

Coitophobia

A jailer who works for goblinP, either a small girl (Succubus or something) or a big tough girl( centaur or holestar or whatever) maybe who controls the slavery prison. She’d be the whole dominant one. We don’t have much females that dominate anon.
