A little clarification on my policies (Patreon)

Hello there, I’m here to make some clarification in my patreon policies.

I do not keep old contents, meaning once a new month is reached the old content is not available. If you pledge on a month, you get content of that month, and not others.

It wouldn't be fair to me or the patrons who have supported me those previous months if someone came in, paid for one month, downloads all animations, and then stops supporting.

Old animations can be purchased via gumroad, and that is the only way to get old rewards.

If you have actually pledged for past month but didn’t get you rewards, or somehow you didn’t get to download it, you can contact me via messaging and I can do something about it once I saw your message. (Post comments are fine, but I tend to not reply on them because patreon notifications jam them in to single box of information that is hard to keep track of)

I do see your past pledges so I can track and send you rewards you missed.

And also about my refund policy.

I do refund people if they demand it and they HAVE NOT received their rewards yet. Once you gain access to the content, under no circumstances can I refund you, since you already got what you paid for, and I cannot reclaim what I already send you.
