Taurs come from the centaurs, who are human torsos on a horse, remplacing the horse head. So, if you take the concept literally, a humantaur, should be a human torso on top of a human body, replacing the head !

Thanks for people on Discord for giving me that idea! It was quite fun to draw! :)

I'm still hesitating about if they are our sizes (so their torsos are tiny), or giants (so their torsos are normal sized)

If you want an outside opinion their "horse" halves should be the same size as normal humans, that way there can be dick-waisted variants for the top halves!

I'd go with lower bodies giants, and upper bodies being normal sized if they are of human-like intelligence, or lower bodies being human sized and upper bodies being smaller if they are of lesser intelligence (smaller brains), and more wild in nature. Perhaps in the latter case they are some kind of fae creation, child-like and wild lesser fae created for entertainment purposes by greater fae. The former case might be more along the lines of a divine influenced race, perhaps once humans exposed to blood from a centaur god due to being on the outskirts of a divine battlefield, whose descendants displayed divine influenced magical mutations and the entire initial generation winds up being gifted up as servants to the centaur god, resulting in later generations being somewhat higher level demi-gods, immortal and resilient enough to not need clothing even in harsh terrain and weather.

Also could just do both bodies regular, just another torso on the neck of the bottom
