Weekly Update - .309c - Mr. Maywood III - 12/28/22 (Patreon)

Alright, this update introduces the first part of Mr. Maywood's stuff, based on those who transformed him at the wedding and kept it going afterwards. There'll be more from the other routes (and this one) with the next update, but for now this allows you to make it permanent and optionally give him/her an engagement contract afterwards.

Note: There is an issue with the new clips right now that makes them have a sped up framerate, I discovered this late into the release so I'll fix that later. If you download the update now, you'll need to OVERWRITE those clips in the future to ensure that you have the correct copies, so just keep that in mind.

EDIT (.308a+): The images have now been correctly fixed. For anyone that downloaded .308a, you'll have to download .308a+ and then OVERWRITE the files when you move them into your original folder.

EDIT (.309a): The next release is out which effectively finishes off the Mr(s). Maywood stuff. The other non-transformation routes have also been started, but those branches will get finished in the next release.

EDIT (.309b): This update finishes most of the Mr. Maywood stuff and also addresses a bug that was preventing the correct flag from being set if you transformed him. I still have to go back and edit the transformation passages if you didn't previously transform him at the wedding, but otherwise it should be correct now. In addition, I've added a feature in the sidebar for people that are cheating to create a checkpoint and then jump back to it at will without losing progress elsewhere. As with mods though, I don't want any bug reports about issues that spring up from it, so use at your own risk.

EDIT (.309c): This is a smaller update to do some bugfixes and finish off the last remaining bit of Mr. Maywood's stuff. In addition, I also made a modification to the checkpoint loader so that it correctly stores the time when a checkpoint's made (so you don't accidentally mess up the calendar repeating events). I'm hoping to get some Heather/Nikki stuff out tomorrow, but there's a chance the event doesn't actually start coming out until Thursday night.

Also, the poll to determine the next game I work on after College Daze is finished, and the winner is Aphrodesia, the political dictatorship game. I recently learned that another game has the same name though (what are the odds o.o) so I'll have to come up for something else with it. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1) If you need a clean install, download the .300b ALL FILES pack from this post.

Step 2) Unzip the all files pack to create your College Daze folder. From now on, you'll extract future updates and place them in this same folder, overwriting the previous content to update it.

Step 3) If necessary, download an update only pack like the one in this post.

Step 4) Unzip the update only pack and copy the contents of it.   

Step 5) Paste these contents in your original 'all files' folder. Your computer will ask if you want to overwrite the existing HTML file. Click yes.    

Step 6) If you did everything right, you should have an HTML file that you click to run the game and a fan-made Images folder that has folders from 'aug02' to '205'. If you find an 'Images' folder inside your 'Images' folder, that means you pasted it incorrectly and need to re-copy and paste stuff.     

Step 7) When you run the game, the images and text should display as normal. If they don't, send me a message and we can try to figure this out further.
